Purpose: to examine the absorption and distribution of a drug. 
Time points: 5min, 15min, 30min, 1hr, 2hr, 4hr, 6hr, 8hr and 24hr post dosing
Animal: Mouse and rat

II. Pharmacodynamics studies


Purpose: To determine the biochemical and physiological effects of drugs on the body and  the relationship between drug concentration and effect.
Time points: 5min, 15min, 30min, 1hr, 2hr, 4hr, 6hr, 8hr and 24hr post dosing
Animal: Mouse and rat

III. Toxicity Study

Acute Toxicity

Purpose: To determine the Median Lethal Dose (LD50) after a single dose administered.
Duration: A few days to 2 weeks after a single dose
Animal: Mice or rats

3.    Intraperitoneal
4.    Intradermal

Chronic Toxicity Study

Purpose: To evaluate the potential toxicity of the test article with a daily dose administrated. 
Duration: 30 days to 6 months
Animal: Mice or rats
