CUSTOM PRIMARY CELL ISOLATION

We provide custom primary cell isolation from various tissues of mouse, rat and human. These primary cells are more representative of in vivo tissues compared to cell lines, increasing the physiological relevance of data obtained from in vitro assays.

The mouse species include C57BL6, BALB/c, NMRI, B6C3F1, FVB, transgenic mice, or any species that customer supplied or interested in studying.

The Rat species include Wistar, Lewis, Fischer 344 or any species that customer supplied or interested in studying.

We provide custom primary cell isolation from mouse, rat and human tissues as follows:

Hepatocyte and Non-Parenchymal liver cell Isolation (Kupffer cell, Stellate Cells and Liver endothelial cells)

We provide hepatocytes and non-parenchymal liver cell (NPC) isolation, including Hepatocytes, Kupffer cells, Stellate cells and liver endothelial cells (LSEC) from various types of Mouse and Rat species. The clients can request or send us any disease mouse models that they are interested in to study. We isolate the cells and provide the fresh or cryopreserved hepatocytes cells and donor matched non-parenchymal cells to clients for their study. These cells are used in drug screening, liver disease mechanism study, liver toxicity and ADME study.

The mouse species include C57BL6, BALB/c, NMRI, B6C3F1, FVB, transgenic mice, or any species that customer supplied or interested in studying.

The Rat species include Wistar, Lewis, Fischer 344 or any species that customer supplied or interested in studying.

The Non-parenchymal cells (NPCs) including Kupffer, Stellate or liver endothelial cells, can be isolated offering a matched donor set of hepatocytes isolation.

The two steps enzymatic methods will be used in liver perfusion and isolation of mice hepatocytes. The magnetic-activated cell sorting (MACS) method will be further used to isolate Kupffer, LSEC and Stellate cells. Our scientists have extensive experiences in liver perfusion and hepatocytes and NPC cells isolation, we guarantee to offer high quality of hepatocytes and NPC cells to our clients.

Blood-Brain Barrier Endothelial cell (BEC), Astrocytes cells, and Pericytes cell from rat and mouse

Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) in vitro model plays a critical role for evaluating drug transport across the blood–brain barrier. Blood Brain Barrier Endothelial cell (BEC) cells, Astrocytes cells and Pericytes cell are used in blood-brain barrier models for drug screening and permeability studies.

We provide custom isolation of Blood Brain Barrier Endothelial cell (BEC) cells from cortices of mouse and rat by two steps enzymatic digestion methods. The Pericytes cells can be isolated offering a matched donor set of BEC cells isolation.

We provide custom isolation of Astrocytes cell from neonatal rats and mice.

The Rat species include Wistar, Lewis, Fischer 344 or any species that customer supplied or interested in studying.

The mouse species include C57BL6, BALB/c, NMRI, B6C3F1, FVB, transgenic mice, or any species that customer supplied or interested in studying.

Intestinal Epithelial cell (IEC) from Mouse and Rat

Intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) play a key role in maintaining the host’s homeostasis and in the uptake of nutrients and fluids. They protect the organism from various pathogens and toxins in the intestinal lumen. Moreover, IECs participate actively in the mucosal immune response, by presenting antigen characteristics, secreting various cytokines, and recruiting specific immune.

Primary Intestinal epithelial cells (IECs) cells culture in vitro play a crucial role in studying intestinal physiology, intestinal immunology, and various pathological conditions, including inflammatory bowel disease, and interactions between pathogens and IECs. In vitro Primary Intestinal Epithelial Cell Culture offer a differentiated epithelial cell barriers that are more closely mimic in vivo condition than cell lines to be used in permeability measurement and transport of drugs into tissues.

We provide custom isolation of IEC cells from Rat and Mice. The cells were isolated   from intestinal fragments as small intact units of epithelium (organoids) by using collagenase and disease. IEC proliferated in culture from organoids and maintained expression of cytokeratin, alkaline phosphatase, and class II antigens, characteristic of IEC.

The mouse species include C57BL6, BALB/c, NMRI, B6C3F1, FVB, transgenic mice, or any species that customer supplied or interested in studying.

The Rat species include Wistar, Lewis, Fischer 344 or any species that customer supplied or interested in studying.

Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)

The Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) give selective responses to the immune system and are the major cells in the human body immunity.  PBMCs are widely used in research and toxicology applications.

We provide both fresh or cryopreserved PBMC cells, and provide custom isolation from any blood samples from healthy donors or patients that customer supplied or interested in studying.

CD34 cells from cord blood, bone marrow and human peripheral blood mononuclear cells

CD34 is routinely used to identify and isolate human hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) and to study of hematopoietic stem cells cell development and differentiation.

We provide custom isolation of CD34 cells from mononuclear cells (MNCs) of human bone marrow, peripheral blood or cord blood using magnetic affinity method. Any blood samples from healthy donors or patients can be supplied by  customer that they are interested in studying.
